Acceptable Use Policy

1. Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to your use of the ChillDog app, the chilldog.app website, and all related services operated by Nowaffl LLC. It is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service. If you use the Service in a way this Policy prohibits, we may throttle, suspend, or terminate your access.

2. Intended Use

ChillDog is a personal coaching tool for dog owners working on their dog's behavior and wellbeing. Use the AI coach for that purpose. Systematic use of the chat for unrelated purposes — for example as a general-purpose assistant, for content generation at scale, for code generation, or for any commercial output pipeline — is prohibited.

3. Prohibited Content

Do not submit or attempt to generate content that: is illegal or promotes illegal activity; sexualizes or exploits minors in any way; harasses, threatens, or degrades any person or group; promotes violence, cruelty to animals, or self-harm; contains malware or is designed to compromise any system; infringes intellectual property or privacy rights of others; or is intended to deceive, defraud, or impersonate.

4. Misuse of AI Features

Do not attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with the safety measures, content filters, or usage restrictions built into the Service, including through jailbreaking, prompt injection, or instructing the model to ignore its guidelines.

Do not attempt to extract system prompts, model configurations, weights, or other non-public components of the Service, and do not reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code or underlying components of the Service, including its models and algorithms.

Do not use the Service or its output to develop, train, or improve any AI model or any product or service that competes with the Service.

5. Automated Access and Scraping

The Service is for human use through our official app and website. Do not access it through automated means — including robots, scripts, scrapers, or any tool that sends more requests to our servers than a person could reasonably produce in the same period using the app normally. Do not crawl, scrape, harvest, or bulk-extract data or output from the Service, and do not circumvent any rate limit, quota, or other protective measure.

6. Fair Use of Compute

AI features consume real computational resources, and all plans are subject to fair use. Do not submit requests in bulk, requests generated by scripts or automation, or junk requests designed primarily to consume resources rather than to get coaching value. Usage that materially exceeds typical individual usage patterns, or that exhibits automated or abusive characteristics, may be throttled, queued, capped, or suspended at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

7. Account Integrity

Do not share your account or make it available to others, and do not sell, resell, rent, or transfer your account, subscription, or access to the Service. Do not create multiple accounts to abuse free tiers, trials, or promotional offers, do not use another account to circumvent a suspension or ban, and do not abuse purchase or refund mechanisms. Do not misrepresent your identity or age when using the Service.

8. Security

Do not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data, interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure, or knowingly transmit malware, or overburden our systems in any way.

9. Reporting

If you encounter AI output or user behavior that violates this Policy, or output that is harmful or offensive, report it using the in-app reporting option or by emailing [email protected]. We review reports and use them to improve our safeguards.

10. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and take any action we consider appropriate, including warning you, removing content, throttling or limiting your usage, suspending or permanently terminating your account, and reporting activity to law enforcement. If your account is terminated for a violation of this Policy, you are not entitled to any refund. We may update this Policy from time to time; the current version is always available on this page.
